Description
This course offers a comprehensive understanding of innovation management, highlighting the importance of technological and organizational advancements in companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Tesla, and Amazon. Firms recognize innovation as essential for their future, while management consultants provide strategies to improve innovation performance.
